1. Standard 7-to-14 Day Conditional Refund Guarantee

Subscribers are eligible to receive a complete refund of their purchase price within 14 calendar days of the initial transaction date under the sole condition that a verified malicious plugin, trojan horse loader, jar injector, or backdoor exploit bypassed the Software's active security sandboxing layer and compromised the host server environment while the Software engine was actively running in standard production mode.

2. Absolute Void Conditions

To protect the integrity of our digital services and prevent fraudulent refund requests, a claim submitted under the conditional guarantee will be rendered completely void if any of the following parameters are identified during technical evaluation:

• Manual Whitelisting: The server administrator explicitly whitelisted the malicious plugin's package prefix, specific class structure, or file directory within the configuration file (config.yml or under the whitelisted-packages array), thereby manually permitting the exploit to bypass the bytecode scanner.
• Feature Deactivation: The administrator explicitly deactivated runtime sandboxing algorithms, disabled active process-blocking heuristics, or stripped critical JVM boot parameters (-javaagent, Attach Mechanism prevention flags) from the server startup script command line.
• External Scope Vulnerabilities: The server compromise occurred due to root OS-level credential leaks, unpatched Linux/Windows kernel exploits, unauthorized SSH/SFTP access, or panel-level credential compromises completely decoupled from the JVM environment.

3. Claims Submission and Forensic Requirements

To initiate a valid refund request, the licensee must contact support within the 14-day window and supply the following documentation:

• Complete, unedited server initialization and execution console logs (latest.log).
• Associated Threat Sentinel Web Dashboard data captures or raw database logs showing the exact timestamp and class path of the structural failure.
• The verified transaction ID generated by the payment processor.

Upon receipt, our development team will conduct a thorough bytecode trace audit to verify the bypass vector. Validated claims will be refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Fraudulent Claims & Cross-Marketplace Blacklist Warning

WARNING CONCERNING FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS AND UNFOUNDED CLAIMS: Any user who attempts to submit fraudulent refund claims, initiates unauthorized payment chargebacks/disputes, or attempts to abuse our conditional guarantee will be subject to immediate, non-negotiable enforcement actions:

• Permanent License & Account Ban: Your AJA RETRO user account, all active commercial license keys, and connected server nodes will be permanently revoked and blacklisted from our service infrastructure.
• Cross-Marketplace Shared Database Blacklisting: Your hardware fingerprints, IP addresses, email credentials, and licensing metadata will be added to our shared global threat intelligence blacklist. This anti-fraud database is shared with and actively utilized by partner software vendors, hosting networks, and resource marketplaces to automatically block access and reject future purchases across participating partner platforms.
• ASN & Subnet Block Flagging: In cases of fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks, the associated IP address, CIDR subnet block, and Autonomous System Number (ASN) will be flagged in global threat registries as a high-risk fraud origin.
• Upstream Hosting Provider & Datacenter Notification: We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity and IP reputation threats directly to your upstream hosting provider, VPS provider, or datacenter operator. Hosting providers are granted full authorization to execute any administrative, suspension, or container termination actions required to safeguard their IP pool reputation from global blacklisting.
